Our staff is happy to give you directions and information on transportation; recommend nearby accommodations; consult with your physician at home; work diligently to make your experience here a good one –whether you live around the corner or half way around the world.

Please send the Early Review Option information along with all records via an overnight mail service (FedEx, UPS). This will help expedite the process, so we can review the information in a timely manner. Upon arrival of the package, we will review the medical information and get back to you within two weeks. Should any further information be needed, we will let you know.

Early Review

If you, as a patient or family member, are uncertain whether the specialized services offered at the University of Chicago might be helpful, we offer an Early Review Option. Our Epilepsy Team will review a patient's case and determine whether our center may be able to offer assistance.
